Please read these terms carefully before booking. By utilizing SnapShine's professional cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Booking & Cancellations

We strive to provide reliable and timely service to all our clients. To maintain our schedule, we require clear communication regarding your bookings.

  • Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Arrival Times: While we aim to arrive exactly at the scheduled time, please allow a 30-minute window due to potential traffic or unforeseen delays.

2. Pricing & Payments

Our goal is to provide transparent and fair pricing for our premium services. Estimates are based on the information provided during the initial consultation.

  • Final Quotation: Price estimates given via WhatsApp or phone are preliminary. The final price may be adjusted upon physical inspection by our team if the property size or condition differs from the initial description.
  • Payment Methods: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure our team can deliver the highest standard of cleaning efficiently, we request the following from our clients:

  • Access: Please ensure our team has uninterrupted access to the property, along with running water and electricity, which are required for deep cleaning equipment.
  • Valuables & Fragile Items: It is the client’s responsibility to secure cash, jewelry, highly fragile items, and important documents before the cleaning team arrives.
  • Pets: For the safety of your pets and our staff, please ensure pets are secured in a safe area during the cleaning process.

4. Liability & Damages

Our professionals are highly trained to handle your property with care. However, we have strict policies regarding liability to protect both parties.

  • Pre-existing Damage: SnapShine is not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or items that break due to improper installation or aging.
  • Damage Reports: If you believe our team caused damage to your property, it must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering exceptional results. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your clean home.

  • If you are not satisfied with a specific area that was included in your service package, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.
  • We do not offer cash refunds for completed services, but we will always work to resolve any quality issues immediately.

6. Safety & Refusal of Service

SnapShine prioritizes the health and safety of our cleaning staff.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the property environment poses a safety or health hazard (e.g., severe mold, pest infestations, or biohazards not previously disclosed).
  • Our staff will not move heavy furniture or appliances exceeding 20 kg to prevent injury and floor damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
